Last time I grew was about 4 years ago, I grew all of my plants outside. Out of about 20 plants I think 5 or so died and the rest when fine right up untill harvest when I discovered that 3 or 4 had been cut down, there were grown all over in singles so most were missed and I still had an ok harvest, But I feel your pain that sinking feeling and sickness in the stomek then you fine your big beutiful plant/s gone
Another theift I remeber was a sad one, back when I was about 17 I used to visit a local guy who was parilized from the wist down, Ide help him with simple things and provide a bit of company, he was an old family freind and a nice guy, well he had two or 3 plants growing in the back yard and all the nabours knew but they where kewl and everyone like him, but still he got his nerly ready to harvest plants cut down that year the cunts didnt leave even a leaf behind, man I remeber being so mad and after that I would always share my score's with him, he got help growing indoors after that and to my knoledge hes still growing. |

Bummer, ventrickle thats crap, am sorry to hear.
Although its by no means rare and I wouldn't be surprised if heaps of people here know someone whos lost a plant or 3, and not to the fuzz.
Heres the one that springs to my mind first:
A friend and her partner grew a few very good outdoor plants, and bugger all knew they were there. The plants went missing. The wrong guy was accused and things were a bit hairy but he was believed and there was ill will but no consequences. Over a year later they found out who it really was: another 'friend' . . .
whose missus had returned home from work at lunchtime unexpectedly one day to find these 5 plants on the bed and her partner at home. At the time she didn't know anyone was missing any plants and took little notice. When she did eventually hear, the penny dropped. She didn't say anything till she'd left him. |

mine were in a little grow box outside hidden in all these flaxes dunno how they even knew it was there unless it was the neighbors watching me go out to a specific spot in the flaxes.
anyway i believe wat goes around comes around so i hope the fuker gets his (or her) ass handed to them
peace out guys n dont steal any plants lol |

A few weeks ago a small central north island cottage indoor grower had his grow shed ripped off , I understand only three mature near harvest Blueberry . Told he cares for a mother with cancer so there was more to it than just simple recreational grow..
He was super discrete , and even took the trouble to install a motion sensitive camera , looks like an alarm motion sensor and available from Dick Smiths for about $160.00 . Made to look old with wires hanging out , it just gets ignored .. He has some very interesting pics , shame he can't take them to the police.. It might be more of a shame for those who ripped him when him or his mates who have copies of the photo's and been visiting clubs , bars and shopping centers to track them down..get the impression they might want a chat..
Bit of a bugger you can't go to the police , guess its just one of the multitude of drawbacks we see as a result of prohibition .

They have been found I am told.
There could be an interesting twist , with the evidence of the photos and just who the culprits were the mother herself is considering going to the police..
I have also heard of another small bush grower who has used the same dick smiths ,battery operated motion sensor camera . He had a grow stolen from over his back fence in the Waitak's last year . He put it up a couple of weeks , mainly to test it and set it up , but he has done the prep work readly to plant in a week or so..He has a wonderful set of photo's of his lawn mowing contractor , who climbed the fence to check out if he was doing another grow for him to pinch ..It seems although they were well hidden and in a secure place the smell wafted into the back yard..
He still employs the contractor and has had it explained to him the consequences of this crop going missing , suggesting he should hope no one else pinches them as well....
These cameras seem effective and only about $150 .
