Yes - weird eh?
I wondered why - a few weeks back - the writers decided to include a scene where Kip pulls out a bag of weed at a dinner party and asks if any one wants to join him for a wee toke outside.
The whole thing was presented as 'absolutely normal' and was never even mentioned - let alone demonised - in the shows script for weeks until now.
So Kips got a wee grow cubby in his room.
Wowfuckingwee !!
I wonder what the producers angle will be this time.
Im still pissed off at the demonising they did with that storyline ages ago when the tall dickhead nurse (played by oliver driver) had a 'drug dependancy problem'. What a loada bollocks!
Almost gave up watching the show.
ALMOST.
So, lets hope for a positive message in the storyline this time round - a relection on medicinal use would be awesome - and helpful to the current legislative debates going on.
Guess we'll have to wait and see....

They kept mentioning the whole gateway drug thing on the show, but knowing Shortland Street this won't lead anywhere good _________________ Drink! Sex! Cigarettes!

Interesting . . . I'd have though that because they're portraying medics therefore of course the writers would want to push maintaining the current status quo (systemic self interest da-da! )
I say that in all ignorance of Shortie St characters, I haven't watched it for years. I'm a lifelong Coro girl, though only occasional these days |

I remenber that one
From what ive seen its been realitively positive? Thats a good thing at least there not adding to the usual brainwashing bullshit..
How about (Now dont judge me,"I had to watch this because it was during work" couf couf Desperate Housewives
Does any one follow that? They had the whole med pot issue going on for a few episodes. I found that also to be positive [/quote] |

| Tin foil hats stop the CIA / god / aliens / neighbours next door etc etc, from reading your thoughts. Standard issue for all super paranoid fruit loops. |

Army Funds 'Synthetic Telepathy' Research
By Noah Shachtman, August 18, 2008
The Army has given a team of University of California researchers a $4 million grant to study the foundations of "synthetic telepathy." But unlike old-school mind-melds, this seemingly psychic communication would be computer-mediated.

Defense Intelligence Agency Seeking "Mind Control" Weapons
August 24, 2008
A new report from the National Academy of Sciences' National Research Council (NRC) argues that the Pentagon should harvest the fruits of neuroscientific research in order to enhance the "warfighting" capabilities of U.S. soldiers while diminishing those of enemy personnel.

Yes not only that but I think they are rather styley little numbers
I like to fold my foil atleast four times as I find this has the best results
After experimenting with varrious styles and designs...Such as the "Foil Pirate Hat" , the "Foil Hard Hat" for all you builders out there , for anyone going swiming theres the "Uber Smoothe Swiming Foil Cap" rather nice on a warm summers day, be carefull of possible rusting... For all you Lord of the rings fans theres a funky little "Gandalf the metalic hat" I find this one here to be a multi purpose item , rather handy when your lacking a hooter I can say that as long as your head has a 3mill cover the overall design dosent effect its effectivnes |

...you forgot to mention the 'Big PM' cone shaped dunce hat I made last week for helen clark to wear when she's finally moved to the corner of the room for good - yet feeling a bit paranoid from past involvement with advisers from the NSA and CIA.
Not that she deserves any protection.
Shes certainly safe from abduction - what sorta stupid alien would contaminate the political enviroment of their homeplanet by aloowing the helen virus to take a hold there?!
Ha ha - I REALLY hope that spoiler storyline is true!!!
Fuckin' crack up! |
