Use of marijuana for the alleviation of psychological disorders is an integral part of my campaign for the Te Tai Tonga electorate this year.
I have personally needed Zopiclone at certain points in my life, for the same reasons: it was impossible to do any work on two hours sleep. I discovered that a low dose of cannabis had a similar effect in terms of helping me sleep (I later discovered research confirming the existence of this effect), yet without the side-effects of Zopiclone, which ranged from a foul metallic taste in my mouth the morning after (can't work on no breakfast either), weight gain and chronic cravings for the stuff.
Haven't had pot in two months and Zopiclone in a year. Get far more cravings for Zopiclone.
You should know that I have talked to a lot of people about this subject: there are thousands like us. We have found an alternative to Zopiclone and similar heavy drugs and we demand the right to use it.

I have replaced ALL my psych meds with medpot , a rather unexpected ( back 5 yrs ago) additional benefit , and more than halved my other meds .
Saves Pharmac a bloody fortune but unfortunately cost me.. but its worth it.
