hey guys me again anyone had experince with the fans from SOG i'm looking at the 250mm ones but need to know if they are quite?
Or any place that can do them cheap would be good cheers. |

fans are going to make noise,
they push/pull air.
i am unaware of SILENT fans/ generally the bigger the fan the more noise/
make a box for the motor cut some holes for ducting either side. fill it with batts/fibreglass wool, blankets rags newspaper, if you need a better description pm me
use insulated ducting or lag it.
cf's make good silencers...
i see your also after a speed controller, these will create the fan to "humm", as its capping the power input rather than variang the frequency, a controller that changes the frequency is expensive, |

hey mate I done everything expect the fan controller I got this fan given to me for free as it was used as a roof unit its called a tiger inline fan and its speed it 2400rpm I'm using one fan for 2 rooms which is why I need a big fan I got my tent 2x2x2 grow tent split in half. one veg one flower. I need to find a cheap way out cause this grow is sucking every last penny out of me.  |

Go to bunnings tbh. inline fan + 6m of duct for $90.
Having ducts on the intake and exhaust silence the fan considerably |
