Shit, sucks dude. Do miss having you up here but i'm sure our paths will cross again.
I dont really attend often these days, because of many other things and yes, the winter. I'll probably make more of an effort when i'm a full time student next year but until then, I have other priorities. |

I heard the southerners live in 60 year old houses with no insulation and walk around in minus 4 like its part of life, "just get on with it".
Hard as Stone, no wonder the crusaders are the always a rugby machine.
You'd get bloody soft in Queensland mate, winters looking a bit warm even from where I'm from even!
I'm doing 75 km/hr every night on the bike and i'm wearing a polar fleece and t shirt......go figure! _________________ Hardcore 4 Cannabis since 2004

I would Paula, but my leathers are back home and leathers are like 500-600 bucks a piece.
I'm gunna have to stick it out till I get my red leathers from back home.....Rain jackets are going to the order of the day quite often I thinks....
I look cheap no doubt, but at least I'm not freezing! _________________ Hardcore 4 Cannabis since 2004

More to the point V have you got yourself a yellow bucket yet ???
Are you sure its Nimbin bush you are getting ?? The real stuff grown by the bush boys in Nimbin is usually top grade stuff , award winning in fact.. A lot of lesser quality plantation stuff from other parts of Nrthn NSW or Sth Queensland gets passed off as Nimbin a lot of the time..
Ya gotta get up there for the next festival mate.. You try good Nimbin bush against the tourists Hydro from South Australia available there as well .. you will see what I mean..
Yep ya can get shit bush at Nimbin but not once you are a regular at the coffee shop..

Well, thats what I'm going to find out Tony.
I'm keen to get the real Nimbin Deal, so I'll get up there one weekend soonish.
But this guys gunna disappear so I'd like to get an oz of indoor just case I cant hold the hook up.
I'll be going to MardiGrass thats for sure!
Not once you are a regular, I'm not sure I can be a regular being two hours away I think, but thats another thing I'm not sure on!
Gotta catch the bus! _________________ Hardcore 4 Cannabis since 2004

Not a worry , you will become enough of a regular after two cups and a chat with some of the locals in or around the cafe ( by the Kombi ), just don't get excited and buy off the kids on the bikes outside . Stick with the cannabis crowd and watch out for the Class A folks down by the park or Pub.. Gets your leathers over first , the roads are windy and a bit rough both ways in ..
Lets know when you intend heading down that way

You can get the train ( interstate) to I thinks its Lismore , do a sign and hitch to Nimbin..Maybe even Murwillumbah(sic) and hitch or bus as well..
But would expect of you put the word out at some of the back packers etc , for a bit of fuel money you will get a ride .. its on a lot of trip plans for many ..then take the chance you can pick up a ride home same way.. and extra few bucks for fuel will get you a ride.
