heres a true story of the pot of gold

i was with my wife and the inlaws in mangawai heads a few years ago. we were saying in a motel close to the surf club. was almost out of weed, maybe a few pipeloads left.

i woke up for the sunrise cos im an earlybird especially when im low in stash. i was also hoping for some good surf that morning as i knew that the onshore would pick up. heres the exciting part.

as i got to the parking lot beside the toilets with the nice whale painting, the sun was just rising and the wind was strong as onshore. waves wer shit. at this time i was hoping to see that the waves could get better even though i knew it wouldnt. i used my hand to protect my eyes from the rising sun so i could see the water better. i took a few steps to my right and stepped on something soft. i thought at first that it was dog shit. damn it!! i looked down and under my shoe and saw something that looked like a bud. oh shit, it is a bud. took a few seconds to realize that i was actually weed. i looked around a saw buds scattered all over. the floor was a bit wet but i started grabbing all the cleaner buds and stuck them into my hoodie pocket. left a few disgusting looking buds that were stuck on beer cans. but wow, couldnt beleive it. the stuff weighed about an ounce or so. this was the most stuff iv had in new zealand. in the philippines though we score by the kilo cos the whole family smokes. cheap too compared to here.

found a plastic bag close to the motel, stuck the bud in and went inside to greet my wife. she usually sleeps in but you shold have seen her eyes when i told her about it and showed it to her.

let me know what your theories are on how the pot ended up there. ill tell you mine but this is getting too long.

anyway since the buds were out the whole night it started to get mouldy after a few days. the hit was really heavy. since i didnt want the buds to go to waste, i started giving my friends joints like they were potatoe chips. everyone was happy. 6 months later i smoked in a friends house and he wipped out a bud from that batch. it smelled and tasted horibble but whapak! its like a slap in the face. go figure. thats the best pot story that ever happened to me in new zealand. thanks to the ganja gods for providing.

thats cool man. any found treasure is good. especially when your in need. i think these sort of things only happen once in a lifetime.

Yea thats good stuff..Happens a lot more though if you make a point of hidding a couple buds round your room evry now and then.

thats nt fair the closest if come to that is losing a 5g bud
... i score me sum bud about 8 grams which was 2 buds n i shared the 1st one which was the smaller and was planning on saving the bigger one for another day and then i lost it it was such a sad moment for me :'(
