 The Customs Service's obsessive campaign against counterculture importers seems to be getting a bit much even for them reports NORML News Winter 2004.
Customs sent the April/May 2004 issue of Cannabis Culture magazine to the censors before any decision had been made about a previous issue which they had also seized. Both issues were eventually given R18 ratings, but when asked why the second issue had also been referred, investigator Marian Smith said it was a "mistake" as they had "forgotten that we had already referred the first one." Apparently they won't seize any more.
