Auckland We've had a busy summer at lots of popular events such as the Big Day Out and Splore (pictured) as well as a special J Day Summer Sessions on Feb 14, which was unfortunately postponed due to adverse weather (!) but went off the next week. Thanks to everyone who turned out, and big thanks to the DJs, Cornerstone Roots, and our sponsors The Hempstore, Frenzy & Exodus and the Switched On Gardener! J Day is back, this time at Aro Park in Aro St. Contact wellington@norml.org.nz for more details. Canterbury Varsity has started again and this year CU Norml signed up over 100 members in two days. The Prez this year is Jamie, with Mitchell and Laurence on board as treasurer and secretary. Each Friday at 4.20 we have a smoke in on the library steps, with the number of people growing each week. Upcoming events include a movie night 23rd April with "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas". May Day is J Day, in Cathedral Square, and later in May is the time to show off big buds with a Harvest Party planned. The Undie 500 is in August, and we may even run two vehicles.
