Where in the World is Hemp grown for food, fibre and fuel?

Canada now licenses for commercial agriculture with thousands of acres grown all over the country in 1998. Farmers were pleased, not only with the hemp harvest, but noted less need for pesticides on subsequent crops, as the hemp had killed off insects and fungus.
